3 years agoAlways a gorgeous place to walk in either direction. Breezy during a cold week in late May, but still beautiful with a high river and violet green swallows dancing across the water. A nice place to harvest wild treats. Marmots, quail, rabbits and song birds of all kinds. Nice view of Arbor Crest. Bats, sometimes. Plenty of parking at the upper lot with handicap parking at the lower. Vault toilet and trash cans.

3 years agoThis is a great place to take the quick walk. When you arrive and look up you see arbor crest. For disabled people their are two Parking spots at the bottom with a bathroom. Their is a lock bridge where people hang their decorated locks. There is a small raft and canoe launch. It’s a 2.5 mile round trip if you cross the bridge turn right and walk to the top of the first big hill. Beautiful!

2 years agoBeautiful Trailhead! I've only been there once but I'll definitely be going back soon. It looks like when the river is low there might be excellent swimming.
