"I've been taking my little girl there since she was 16 months old. She's quite shy but occasionally opens up on her good days. We started out with Ms.Serena, and now we're with Ms.Emily and Ms.Angel, depending on which day we go! All the instructors are so kind, engaging and fun! I love that the gym challenges them, but is also an extremely safe environment for toddlers to just be toddlers! Another big thing is that the instructors don't push your children if they know they're uncomfortable. They're all about learning new skills but also making it a comfortable environment no matter the temper"

"The Little Gym is amazing! They have so many programs that care for kids and really build connections every class. My daughter has been going since she was about a year old and we have enjoyed making new friends and learning new skills. It has helped so much with her body awareness and the environment is safe for her to explore. MISS ALYSSA IS THE BEST TEACHER! She really care for these kids and makes her classes so much fun. Thank you Miss Alyssa and The Little Gym VA Beach for being so amazing."
