We had our son’s “little blue truck” themed first birthday here. The staff was beyond exceptional with everything. They communicated quickly, were so kind, and made the day so special and perfect for our little guy. All the guests were raving about how much they enjoyed the play space!

We love The Playful Family! We visit here often with our 4 and 2 year old. The indoor play room is fantastic, clean and always keeps our littles busy and learning! We recently held our sons birthday here and the staff was so accommodating and helpful throughout the process. It was stress free (they setup the room and cleaned it up after) and supported with the party planning to make sure it was exactly what I envisioned. I would highly recommend this place!

I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about this place + the staff. Not only is the play space spotless and so so cute, but the staff is so friendly and kind. We booked a party here for our little one and then had a family emergency a few days before. When I contacted them to reschedule, they were extremely understanding and accommodating. Nilsa especially went completely ABOVE + BEYOND and set up the absolute most adorable party for us! She stated that if we dropped off the decorations, she would gladly set them up for us and not only did she do that but made the entire experience completely wonderful and oh so sweet. She assisted with additional set-up, the clean up and was there the whole time to make sure the party ran smoothly and perfectly. As a parent of two under two, this an absolute dream party experience: easy, adorable and fun!! The kids had a blast and we as the parents got to enjoy the day with our birthday girl because everything was taken care of! I cannot recommend this place enough!!

My boys and I love the playful family! We go several times a week and the staff is so friendly and always make a point to welcome us and interact with my kids. We’ve been to several local indoor gyms/playgrounds and always found them to be outdated or unclean. The playful family is new, always clean, and has really cool toys. We have the monthly membership and it’s an awesome deal! Highly recommend the playful family for daily admission or birthday parties!

The most amazing birthday party for my son! They made everything so easy. I gave them a theme and they did everything else. The kids had the best time and it minimized my stress. They were wonderful with the children who struggled with transitions and such and accommodated them so well!
