The Ridge Activity Center

I like this place! My son and I go here every now and then and compared to other play places and park playgrounds, The Ridge has the fastest slides! Even I get a little thrill from them when I follow my 3 year old up to the top. There is also a toddler area that is closed off for safety. A sand table for kids to play with. And a water table as well. The bathrooms are clean and convenient. Place has plenty of parking. The cafe is pretty good like another reviewer mentioned. The price is a little high but not gouging. I don’t mind, I like to support the place. There is a cool interactive rock climbing wall the kids like and the entire play structure is themed like a tree house. There are plenty of tables for the adults. I saw a good room for birthday parties. Admission is not too bad. A little higher than places like funtastic playtorium.

Wonderful staff and fun play area. We took our toddler and she had a blast. She also loved the water table & sand. Reasonably priced & affordable!

My youngest just completed her first 4-week sports introduction class in the gym and it was great. She is begging for more "lessons with teacher "! The program was age appropriate, engaging and helped the kids learn the fundamentals of group setting behaviors while also participating in soccer drills, jumping rope, stretching, obstacle courses and more. The PlayZone creates endless fun for all ages! Both my preschool aged and 11-year old enjoy climbing around, playing tag and the sand area. There is a water play area, mostly suited for younger ages in my opinion, but so fun as well! You receive a punch card for your play zone visits that saves you money on the future visits. The cafe has delicious food, the restrooms are well stocked and clean ,and the parking is plentiful. They often have promotions on laser tag (my older child can't wait to try!), BOGO style deals if you pair food+activity, etc. Seating in the cafe/play zone can get full fast as the area is a popular meet up for play dates and groups. You can sign the activity safety waiver and purchase your activity (play zone. Classes. Court rental .etc) online before you go as well.

This place was fairly inexpensive compared to our other go to places (children’s museum, trampoline park) and our kids had a good time. However, I felt that it was chaotic and with so many older kids running around, I was nervous for our 2.5 year old to go on the bigger playground. With that playground out, there just wasn’t a lot to make it super exciting for her. I also wish staff enforced their rules. For example, the infant play area has a sign posted for kids 2 and under. However, it was full of school aged kids. I also saw several kids running around with no socks, which grossed me out for a public indoor play area. Overall, I might go here again, because I think it’s a better value than some similar places. However, I’d probably at least wait until my daughter is old enough to safely enjoy the main playground.

My favorite indoor playspace in the area. More affordable than others (you can drop in for an hour for 2 kids and it’s like $20) and appeals to a wide age range! Both my 2 year old and 7 year old love it.
