a week agoI recently visited this cinema in Marietta, and it quickly became one of my favorite spots for movie nights. From the moment you walk in, you can feel the friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The staff is genuinely caring and attentive, and it’s clear that the management team is passionate about creating a positive experience for everyone who visits. The seating is honestly next level. The chairs are extremely comfortable, with heating and cooling options built right in, which made watching the movie even more relaxing. You can also adjust the seat position in all sorts of ways to get perfectly cozy. It really adds a luxury touch that you don’t find in most other theaters. Another great feature is their food service. You can order food and have it brought straight to your seat in the salon, which is incredibly convenient. Plus, their movie selection is fantastic — they screen a wide range of independent and international films, offering a rich and diverse cultural experience you wouldn’t find at a typical chain theater. It’s clear they’ve built a strong, positive community in Marietta, and it feels good to support a place run by such a motivated and thoughtful team. I’ll definitely be back!

a month agoMy first experience here. The theater itself offers a cool and fun atmosphere, making it a great place to enjoy a night out. The vibe is enjoyable, and it’s definitely a spot with potential. However, the staff experience left something to be desired. Most of the team came off as standoffish, and the bartender wasn’t particularly helpful more or less just silent, waiting. One staff member did check on us, which was appreciated, but overall, the service could be more attentive. It was also disappointing to find out after our purchases of food and drinks that I could’ve earned points toward my membership. Better communication about membership perks or asking if people if they have one would’ve been helpful. As for the food and drinks, they were decent. It’s bar style of food and the drinks were enjoyable enough. Overall, while the environment is great, better service and clearer communication about membership benefits when purchasing products would really enhance the experience. I’d consider giving it another try, hoping for a more positive interaction next time.

2 weeks agoMy wife and I drove from Kennesaw to come here because we had been here before and had such a good experience. The STX theater is an experience in itself, the chairs are amazing. The sound and picture is incredible. Hard to find really good quality movie theaters nowadays and I’m glad we found this one

a week agoThe Spring’s Cinema is our Favorite Movie Theatre (if we aren’t going to The Plaza / Tara) by Far. We Avoid those Dull Impersonal Chains. Firstly Last Night it was such a joy to see the Car Park Overflowing. We haven’t seen that in a while. They have a great Bar with an awesome selection. We went early for a drink and a bite. The food is disappointing (I would love to help you upgrade your menu). As we sat and chatted, SCREEN 1 let out (think it was Star Wars) and a kid turned round to his dad and said “ dad …that was the best movie ever”. Everyone had a smile on there face. We went for Sinners (Ryan Coogler). Once inside (it was sold out) every one was quite. They have a great sound system 7.1 SPX Dolby Atmos. The movie was just incredible by the way. So glad we saw it at The Springs. Another thing I love is that the springs is also a repertory cinema , showcasing older beloved movies. We Saw Titanic for Valentine’s Day (during covid) with maybe one other couple. Netflix CEO Ted Sarandos can kiss my a** after he said Movie Theaters are “outdated” etc. We Need the Studios to bring back the pre Covid Theatrical Window of a Min of 90 Days or more. Movies back in the day could run for 6 months. One can ONLY HOPE , But its up to you guys to support your Local theater and get butts back in seats. Hail The Springs Cinema & Tap House……

3 months agoThe Springs Cinema and Taphouse hosted the Atlanta Craft Club for a Crafty Cinema Night! It was such a cozy setting and the food and beverage options were great and affordable. I got a huge pepperoni pizza (honestly could have shared) for only $14. Definitely a great movie spot!
