"Drop in care is extremely chaotic, lacks structure and is the closest thing I’ve seen to lord of the flies in real life. Very unsafe situation for the kids due to lack of adequate supervision. I witnessed a staff member pulling an autistic child who was overstimulated to a corner and yelling at her to stop screaming. The employees do not seem to have control and training. I will not be returning and I hope parents do their research before dropping their kids off to this location."
