Awesome place! Two levels of games, tricks, and puzzles. I was able to find my son a really nice set of D&D dice, and when compared online, the price was right on... and I didn't have to wait for them. Really helpful crew. Customer service is fantastic!

I love this place. They have all of the coolest stuff and there is something for everyone. Puzzles, games, costumes and magic. Great place to bring kids and spend part of an afternoon looking at all the cool stuff they have.

Found several gifts I didn't know I was looking for while just wandering around and admiring the space. BIG SHOUT OUT for how much floor space is dedicated to the immense ramp for including all shoppers of all needs

Disappointing Experience with Rewards Program at The Wizard's Chest I’ve been a loyal customer at The Wizard's Chest for the past three months and have enjoyed shopping there, largely due to the great selection and friendly staff. However, my recent experience with their rewards program has left me deeply disappointed and feeling deceived. The store advertises a rewards system prominently at the register, with a clear statement that spending $1,500 earns customers a 40% discount. I spoke with multiple employees who confirmed that this discount would apply to an entire future order, and I was even encouraged to reach that spending threshold quickly to take advantage of it. Motivated by this, I made several additional purchases to achieve the required $1,500 spend before the month’s rewards were issued. When I received my rewards and visited the store to make a larger purchase—excited to use my hard-earned 40% discount—I was abruptly told that the discount applies to only one specific item rather than the entire order, as had been repeatedly explained to me by staff. Furthermore, the printed rewards sheet at the register still stated a "40% off discount," with no clarification that it was limited to a single item. When I brought up my concerns with the manager, I received little empathy or understanding. I explained how misleading the rewards sheet and prior staff explanations were and suggested that the language at the register be updated to match what was stated in the reward email to prevent future misunderstandings. Unfortunately, my suggestions were met with indifference, and I was essentially told that this is just how their system works. As a loyal customer who has spent a significant amount of money at this store, I feel let down by the lack of transparency and the dismissive attitude from management. This experience has completely soured my opinion of The Wizard’s Chest, and I can no longer recommend this business to others. I will not be returning, and I hope that the company takes this feedback seriously to avoid alienating more of their customers in the future.

Well, butter my biscuits, y’all, The Wizard’s Chest in Denver is a downright resplendent establishment! Step through them doors on Broadway, and it’s like wanderin’ into a grand ol’ plantation house spun from fairy tales—pure enchantment, I declare! Downstairs, they’ve got a veritable cornucopia of board games, from them nostalgic relics of yesteryear to the latest darlin’s of tabletop society. The folks workin’ there? Sweet as pecan pie, always tippin’ their hats with a “Y’all oughta try this here game—it’s finer than frog hair!” Upstairs, bless my soul, the costume emporium is a sight to behold—wigs, face paint, and garb aplenty, perfect for a masquerade or a hootin’ Halloween shindig. The ambiance is warmer than a skillet of cornbread fresh from the oven, invitin’ you to linger, play a spell, and marvel at the craftsmanship. This here family-run jewel’s got a heart bigger’n a Georgia peach orchard. If you find yourself in Denver, you’d be remiss not to mosey on over—five stars, clear as a bell on a Sunday mornin’!
