"This trail system has a small covered space attached to a separate his and hers bathroom and there is a picnic table on a paved area off to the side. This trail system is an out and back and is the blue trail meeting with the Spanish Pond loop marked as red. It is 1.7 miles from the Roosevelt parking lot to the Spanish Pond Trailhead using the shortest route. Where the red and blue meet is the black scenic trail which is a loop taking you down to a peninsula with a raised viewing platform. Some gorgeous views along the way with a surprising amount of elevation for florida. There are some rooty"
