Thrill Factory Entertainment

Finally-an Entertainment Center for the East Side! I’ve been to Thrill Factory 3 times now (the second was for our son’s birthday party) and have had a great time each time. The pricing is what you would expect for a new gaming / activity place and is no different than Dave & Busters or Spare Time, but thankfully us not as loud as D&B. There’s a good mix of games along with a little mini golf area, mini escape rooms (and regular escape rooms), laser tag, bowling-we had a lot of fun hyper bowling. There are a couple features that aren’t open yet (zombie, etc), but I know when it opens it’s going to be fun. Bowling is more costly than traditional bowling alleys, but the atmosphere is a heck of a lot nicer (I mean, look at the couches vs the swivel seats!). The cheese curds and drinks were nice and the regular meals (pizza, burgers, salads) are decent as well. Let me tell you the birthday party for my 12 year old was a success-the kids (and parents) had a ton of fun. There was enough to do, included a little of everything, and food and drinks. The hyper bowling was accidentally left off the package, but the managers more than made up for it by giving us a free certificate to come back for our missed 1 hr of hyper bowling. The staff has always been great (courteous and helpful). Most places are understaffed these days, and they don’t have a surplus of staff but I’ve felt it adequate and again, they’ve been great to us. We definitely will be back and will keep it in rotation for our family fun nights.

My partner and I have strolled through Thrill Factory before out of genuine curiosity and honestly, it looks amazing! Super fun atmosphere, obviously great for kids but even as a 25 year old I would have a great time with friends here. Drinks at the Tiki bar are so tasty! The bartender Jill was so sweet and was cooking up some great cocktails, thank you Jill! We had two drinks each and I have to say that Mojito was so refreshing and we both loved the blended pina colada! I don’t think you can go wrong with any drink choice here. We didn’t get food but it looks great if you’re just hanging out with friends. We’ll definitely be coming back with a group, what a fun and unique place!

Every time we come to Thrill Factory, we have an absolute blast! The atmosphere is super cool, and the staff is always welcoming and super helpful. My personal favorites are the VIP bowling lanes and laser tag! Seriously, so much fun! And the food? Surprisingly amazing for an entertainment venue! (It's even better than some restaurants!) If you’re looking for a place that guarantees a great time, this is it! 🤩

This review is a little late as I visited Thrill factory for the first time 2/11 for my cousins birthday. And the customer service blew me away that night. We were under the impression that thrill factory was open to 11 and came around 8. Plenty of time. I rent a lane for us to bowl, I join my friend's at the bar and hear.. “we will be closing in 15mins”… My heart sank this was our big plan for my cousins night. I goto request a refund when a worker found me and explained to me that they had just changed their hours and the manger would stay the extra hour so we could bowl. We were ecstatic over the news. The manger took good care of us checking in on us and making us drinks even though the bar was closed even gave my cousin a celebratory shot. As for the bowling itself hyper bowling was such a nice twist on the sport it felt more like a video game with hitting the colors on the bumpers for extra points and a difficulty increase factor with the different levels. The night was wonderful and they were so kind to us. We will definitely be back to explore the other activities. Thank you Thrill factory staff!!

This place rocks! Took my niece (13) and nephew (10) on a Friday afternoon. We were greeted and given a brief summary of what to expect, and what our choices were. There's bowling, mini golf, a large escape room, mini escape rooms, a bar, food, tons of fun arcade games, and Lazer tag. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend!
