"I took my wife and kids last Wednesday. April 2nd. We had a guy who worked there who really made our experience a whole lot more enjoyable. He seemed to be the only one working that night even tho there were several other employees on the clock. I think all the workers should have his energy or just hire some more people. "Let me start by saying the place looks very nice, and the games were fun. However, we paid over $500 for the biggest party pack. Only 1 person was working both rooms, our pizzas were cold, I had to help the lady carry drinks and pizzas to the room. The cake pops were a joke. Only 4 were correct size the rest looked like they ran out and just tried to make it work. THANK GOODNESS I brought my own cake. They were in a Togo box and didn't even have sticks. It was a joke. "We took my kiddo tonight and when we loaded her card and tried a few games, 3 of the games wouldn’t work back to back but was taking funds off the card. We waited in the regular line but the attendant left to help someone else. After about 5 minutes i decided to go to the area where you redeem your tickets and asked a woman named Stephanie for help. She was amazing, and so understanding. She offered us 3 free game plays and was super patient when my kiddo was indecisive on which games she wanted to use the plays on.
