🍎Food Policy

• • Food and drink, with the exception of a water bottle, are not permitted in workshop spaces.
• • Designated eating areas will be arranged for day camps.
• • Water bottles are strongly encouraged (label and do not share).
• • No other food or beverages allowed, except sack lunch for day camps or snacks provided as part of workshop series.
• • Students not permitted to chew gum.
• • Snacks between multiple workshops must be in a sealed container.
• • Policies aim to keep space clean, insect-free, and protect students with life-threatening allergies.

🛡️Safety Policy

• • Participants and their guardians assume all risk of injury, illness, damage, loss, claim, liability, or expense.
• • COVID-19 preventative measures are in place, but TVCT cannot guarantee against infection.
• • An Emergency Contact Form must be on file and updated annually for student participation.
• • Students should arrive no sooner than 10 minutes before a session and be picked up no later than 10 minutes after.
• • A late fee of $10.00 will be charged if more than 20 minutes late for pickup.
• • No student will be left unattended before or after a workshop.
• • Students are expected to sign and adhere to the Treasure Valley Children’s Theater Agreement Form, ensuring a safe environment.
• • Ground rules include: staying with group, respecting staff, taking care of equipment, no taunting/teasing/bullying, keeping hands to self (no fighting), leaving toys/electronics at home (TVCT not responsible for lost/stolen/damaged items), not touching others' items (theft is a crime), and following all rules.
• • Discipline actions: 1. Verbal warning. 2. Questioning/reminder. 3. Removal from activity + behavior notice to parents. 4. Parental conference for continual problems. 5. Immediate removal from program (no tuition refund) for major discipline problems.
• • Behaviors warranting immediate removal: fighting/intimidation/threatening, going to unassigned areas, use of alcohol/cigarettes/illegal substances (charges filed), theft.
• • Appropriate dress required: comfortable clothing allowing free movement, shoes that stay on feet (flip flops discouraged).
• • Leave electronics and other valuables at home, as TVCT is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

📅Booking Policy

• • Full payment is expected on the first day of class.
• • Payment plans can be arranged with prior notice.
• • Students are expected to attend each session and arrive on time; frequent tardiness may lead to observation only or reduced role in performance.
• • Observation of sessions is not permitted, except for scheduled observation days or an 'open session' at the end of a workshop series.
