"The old lady who answered the phone had to be the rudest most disrespectful person and most unprofessional person I have ever talk to when she answered the phone she didn’t say anything introducing the company or the business not to mention she answered with the attitude then was so rude the entire time and kept making smart Alec remarks it seem like every other word not sure if she’s the owner but I would say she would have to be due to her lack of care or concern or professionalism what is the most it horrible experience I’ve ever encountered with a company ever in my entire life I wanted to"
