I was traveling in the South this past winter, and gave TCI a call to get some tips about trees to visit in the Atlanta area and beyond. Patty was extremely helpful in telling us what to look for, and who to connect with. I'm looking forward to climbing with TCI sometime soon!

The old lady who answered the phone had to be the rudest most disrespectful person and most unprofessional person I have ever talk to when she answered the phone she didn’t say anything introducing the company or the business not to mention she answered with the attitude then was so rude the entire time and kept making smart Alec remarks it seem like every other word not sure if she’s the owner but I would say she would have to be due to her lack of care or concern or professionalism what is the most it horrible experience I’ve ever encountered with a company ever in my entire life I wanted to call back and ask why she was so disrespectful but didn’t feel like getting disrespected again I feel like if you hold the position where you hold a professional role maybe you should act like it but it couldn’t be farther from the truth in this case I would never recommend anyone to the school or pray that she doesn’t have to answer the phone and disrespect anyone else because no one deserves to be treated like that I am just flabbergasted.
