3 months agoIt was amazing! So much fun! The staff is also very nice. It is a bit physical demanding but I did the all track. You can choose to do half. If you fallow the rule is safe.

3 months agoWe had so much fun!! This obstacle course is amazing experience! We booked it just a couple of hours prior. And before check in we even explored the park and saw so many tropical species. If you’re good with heights I recommend to buy the most expensive course, otherwise you’ll regret it. Also, here’s tip for you, my dear reader, ask them for the gloves and you will thank me later.

a month agoI visited this location on June 24, 2024, with my two children who wanted to go on the course. They enjoyed the course mostly until the ending, when I, as a parent, did not enjoy nor appreciate the service. One issue was that it was a semi-rainy day, and staff members repeatedly suggested we get a rain check and return another day. This is untrue; there are no rain checks, and this was intentionally misleading. The next issue, and my main concern as a parent, was with the person who assisted my children on the obstacle course when they got stuck. I believe his name was Dan, the guy with the beard, who claimed he did all the work. My children, who wanted to finish the course, did not because one got stuck, and the man (Dan) helping them told them to look down, saying that if they continued, they would get stuck and he would have to rescue them by lowering them into the water below, where animals were waiting. He scared my children off the course, which upset us greatly. We are still upset to this day. I did speak to the on-site manager who put me in touch with the person who runs the park about this situation. I recommend for adults only, not for families, my kids being frightened by a staff member who was supposed to help is unacceptable.

a week agoI am a fit and adventurous senior citizen, Army veteran, and grandparent. My two younger grandsons had a great experience on the basic trek last month and I wanted a similar experience with my teenaged granddaughter. We were so excited and anxious for this special occasion, but the staff person who oriented us to the gear and safety cable was very impatient and not at all friendly. At one point, he said, "You are being rude to me." I was flabbergasted, I was excited and happy to be there. I said, "How have I been rude to you?" He replied, "Your eyes are all wide open, and I explained this to you three times." He seemed angry. I said, "Well, you ARE being paid to do this." At that point he said that he needed to be confident that we could safely do this and we demonstrated that we could, but he gave us no other instruction on how to best complete the course, which from the other reviews it seems that other people were given "helpful guidance" and tips on how to manage. He was just concerned with the safety cable. He made me very uncomfortable and if it hadn't been for my granddaughter I would have left. It was only my granddaughter and myself, no other people were waiting in line. Your staff really need some public relations teaching.

5 months agoI came here for my birthday with my friends and I had an amazing experience! I wish I could put 10 stars! Juliana was great during check in with my friends and I. We did the Thrill- Seeker Trek and all of us had fun! When I got stuck a few times, Robert was quick to help me everytime! Very kind gentlemen! Fernando was awesome at the check points and gave us tips and tricks for the next obstacles! Ricky Ortiz was absolutely phenomenal. There was a moment when I was starting to get scared and my arms began to give out and I wanted to quit, but Ricky Ortiz motivated me to finish! He stood by my side the rest of the way and helped me make it to the finish line and I will forever be grateful for that! And last but not least, Eklas, the photographer, was fantastic at helping use retrieve our pictures and they were beautiful. Overall 10/10 experience and you can tell the staff truly enjoy what they do! Thank you guys!
