💡Pro Tips from Reviews
- →Consider signing up your child with friends to maximize the social and camaraderie aspects of the camp.
- →If your child is nearing the upper age limit, directly inquire with the owners about options for older groups or 'helper' roles.
- →Be prepared for your child to come home quite dirty; plan for appropriate clothing and potential vehicle cleaning post-camp.
- →This camp is particularly convenient for families commuting from the Los Gatos area.
Things to Consider
- ⚠Children consistently come back 'full of dirt' after camp, which parents should anticipate and potentially plan for vehicle cleaning ('I have to wash my car every year').

a month agoMy son has been part of Tribal Wisdom for the last 5 years and he just loves it! He loves being outdoors, work independently, and just being able to build things he wouldn’t be able to make anywhere else. One of the owners, Claire, is super helpful if you have any questions and is always available for questions. My son is now almost too old but Claire was able to offer for him to be part of the older group and basically help out with the younger kids which he’s super excited about! I highly recommend this camp to every kid that loves the outdoors!

a month agoMy son signed up for this camp 4 years in a row now. He loves the camaraderie and the FUN he has with the kids at camp. It’s a total bonus if they have (personal) friends joining! The owners are amazing! I love how you drop off the kids and don’t get to see their secret camp site. Such a fun mystery!!! We totally recommend this for any kids who enjoy the outdoors!! You will not regret it.

2 months agoMy two boy absolutely LOVE Tribal Wisdom camp!!! They talk about it all year, keep their coins and creations they made during the summer. They come back full of dirt and smiles - I have to wash my car every year after the camp week but I'm so glad they get to build and tinker and barter at camp. Can't wait to go back!!!!

8 months agoWe love Tribal Wisdom. Our daughter has been attending since she was 6 for several years and goes for multiple sessions a summer. She loves the forts, crafts and activities. We really appreciate the responsiveness and care the owners take in the camp and nurturing the campers. The commute is only 10 min from Los Gatos.
