2 weeks agoI’m incredibly disappointed with our experience at Family Fun Center. We spent nearly $300 expecting a full day of entertainment, but instead were met with a series of letdowns and a clear lack of organization. Several key attractions were unavailable or non-functional, with no clear communication beforehand. Many arcade games were out of order, the batting cages were shut down (with only a small sign posted on the door), and the bowling center was closed over 30 minutes before the posted closing time. Perhaps most frustrating, we waited for someone to staff the laser tag area for more than half the time we were there—no one ever showed up, and the experience was completely inaccessible. When I raised these concerns with the shift manager, I was met with a dismissive response. He pointed to the sign about the batting cages and vaguely stated that he would speak with the team about the early closure of bowling. No apology, no accountability, and certainly no effort to make things right. This visit was an absolute waste of time and money. For a place that charges premium prices, the level of service and lack of operational oversight is unacceptable. I strongly advise others to spend their money elsewhere—this was not a “fun center” by any stretch.

2 weeks agoThis was our first time here and we had a very good time on a Friday afternoon. The spring unlimited pass worked wonders for our family. You may have to wait for some of the rides as the attendants won’t be present and the swipe machine is really bad. Most of the times, I had to ask the attendants to swipe for me and saw them struggling as well.

2 weeks agoI’ve been to this place a few times and I really enjoyed this place, my favorite part is probably the animatronics and games. The staff is also super nice and extremely welcoming, the food was good too! I’m definitely hoping to come back for another visit !

4 months agoWe had an amazing time at this recreation center! There’s something for everyone, from kids to adults. Lots of variations in 3D to 6D games, arcades, bumper cars, few small rides, go karting, mini golf and much more. The property was spotless, and the staff was both professional and friendly, though at times we had to wait a little for someone to start an activity. The laser tag and go-karting were definitely the highlights of our visit — so much fun! There’s a restaurant and a small food court serving pizza, soft drinks and few other snacks inside to refuel your energy anytime during the day. It’s a great place for family bonding, team building and more and I can see it getting very busy during the summer months. The seasonal specials they offer are also great. Highly recommend for a day full of entertainment!

2 months agoArcade games. Not everything will net you tickets or tokens. 60 dollars for parent child combo on a Wednesday snow day was perfect. They have bumper boats, batting cages, go karts, bowling alley, laser tag, air hockey tables, a MASSIVE jungle gym play place, tons of games for all ages. Perfect for parties call ahead. Warmer weather is advisable. Clean and stocked restrooms. Food a tad pricey. Pass gets you cards that have money for games and tickets you earn from games for prizes.
