3 years agoGreat place for Saturday Fun and Youth Football Activities. From 6 yr olds up to high school teenagers engage in recreational football games each Saturday. Great Coaches and parents alike all have fun and develop team spirit and a community atmosphere together!! There are some vendors for BBQ plates and fun games for children of all ages

3 years agoAs a Una parent of 2 kids I can honestly say this is a good organization. If you want your child to learn the fundamentals of football and how to really understand football this is the team you need. It not about fancy uniforms. It’s about the kids having a great experience and learning along the way. I’m a proud UNA BEARS parent

a year agoDisorganized to say the very least. My step son was on the peewee team and it was a waste of time. Coach Scott talks a good game before you sign up. Once you’re on the team he no longer cares. He favors certain kids, and doesn’t take his time to teach the other children that may need help. The organization is all about money and you’re paying a $200 sign up fee for no reason.. The parents were told we’re getting new uniforms . Well what do you know we got home jerseys but not away jerseys that were promised! One minute the jerseys didn’t arrive and 2 days before the season was over the jerseys suddenly arrived. The kids never got a chance to put them on and play with them. Not to mention we had to turn in the uniforms in at the end of the season. So where did the $200 go towards?.The assistant (Leah) is very disorganized and unprofessional. She’s constantly volunteering you to do stuff that she doesn’t want to do. It’s a lot of messiness that goes on at that organization. Coach Scott always has an attitude and very dismissive. The way he coach is old school football that doesn’t work in today’s time. If your child needs a little more work expect for him to throw your child to the side for the other parents to worn with him. A lot of players from last year due to money issues and being disorganized. If the team losses a game. Count on excuses to be made by Coach Scott or him winning 6 championship since he’s be the director. I can say the parents do stick together which made the experience manageable. Do yourself a favor and take your son elsewhere -Mary Anne

7 years agoHome to the Una Bears youth football team, this is a great park for many other things as well. As you come in they have a small playground and skateboard ramps to the right side. They also have a couple of large fields where people can play soccer, football, or baseball. They also have two regular size football fields in the very back. This is a very big and beautiful park with plenty of room for any kind of activity or just a plain old picnic.

3 years agoI enjoyed my grandson playing for UNA, UNA is family oriented and even if the child does not get to play in every game, they are still training them to be good football players and being team players. The coaches are great and cares a lot about the kids.
