Unify Athletics

Our daughter had a WONDERFUL experience here doing gymnastics for 3 years. The coaches are not only good at coaching, but they have been excellent role models for our daughter. They are hard-working, disciplined, and kind people for her to look up to. Our daughter started off without much skills at all and was never made to feel less than or negatively about self image, which was one of our concerns with enrolling her in Gymnastics. Unify empowered her and built her confidence in her own strength, both mental and physical. We are so sad they are moving locations, but look forward to our daughter being able to continue with Unify when she is older and able to make the commute to the new facility more easily.

My daughter has been going to Unify for about 8 months and has had a wonderful experience. All of the coaches have been wonderful. With the beginner gymnasts, they focus on foundational elements and form. The policy around make-up classes is very accommodating and easy to use. We are very happy with this gym!

Unify is a genuine gem of a gym! I rarely leave reviews but feel honored to do so with this one. Our daughter has benefitted greatly from being a part of this team because of the excellent coaching, support, team culture & spirit. The owners (who are also the primary coaches) set the tone for the team and it trickles down to the athletes & parents which shows everyday in and out of the gym. Unify has the feel of a family that is inclusive, welcoming and will support and invest in your child’s growth as an athlete and individual, regardless of your child’s personal goals or skill set. Try it out - your gymnast & family will be glad you did!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! We absolutely love Unify, because of their coaches and their positive, supportive style of coaching! This gym encourages a collaborative approach when working with athletes. I have daughters on their competitive teams, and they genuinely look forward to every practice. I love that this gym supports the athletes as a whole including their physical, emotional and nutritional health. Great place to be for either an individual learning the sport for the first time or an experienced one! A happy, caring, safe and supportive environment!

DEFINITELY RECOMMEND! Unify is a fantastic gym with caring coaches. For team gymnasts, I appreciate that they have a PT who comes to the gym once a week, and that the coaches are attentive to needed recovery time. The gym feels like a family, and transparent communication is a high priority for everyone involved. My daughter is having more fun than she has ever had in gymnastics & also has a strong sense of team spirit rather than just individual accomplishment!
