"This facility is not consumer friendly. The staff are not helpful even when you explain you have never been there. There are 2 lobbies which was not indicated when my appointment was made. If you're in a wheelchair, there is a dangerous ramp between the 2 lobbies. No one tells you the procedure to validate parking. I was told to arrive 15 minutes early. I then had to wait an additional hour to be called back to see doctor. In the meantime, there was no social distancing in the waiting room. The ventilation was poor. I pointed that out to an employee wearing a "Safety" badge. No response. I me"
