3 weeks agoLove this place so much! Drinks were tasty, games were so fun and cheap, 25 cents per game! The atmosphere was super casual and fun, and they have a wide variety of games: DDR, Game Boy Smash on a projector screen, classic arcade games, etc. We ordered a whole pizza and it came with 12 slices and was super delicious, and they also do 50% off the pizza at certain times of night! Also went for a birthday and got 40 tokens for free! All the staff are friendly, I’m so glad this place opened up!

2 weeks agoI see ya B'ham. Love the fact that it's 21 and over. ID checked at the door. Attendants were very visible. The place was clean. It gave nostalgic vibes. It took me back to my days at Showbiz Pizza. Games still .25 cents. Drink price was reasonable. There were a couple of "out of order" games. My favorite was the outdoor backyard feel on the outside. The lighting and seating made it easy to want to stay. It was like chilling at a BBQ. I hope it can stay a safe fun place.

a week agoLoved this place!! The drinks were great and the games were fun. Some of the games were down and others ate coins, but hey, that’s part of playing old games. All the games had a place to hold drinks. The staff was great about collecting empty glasses. Everyone was friendly. Great addition to Birmingham!!

2 weeks agoIt shouldn’t take one hour to get a slice of pizza in a restaurant with nobody in it. Our group of 7 ordered about 10 slices of pizza and most of us had our order in 2-3 minutes. We were told three of the slices would take ten minutes. No problem. After 20 minutes we were told that one of the pizzas was not made correctly and to wait another 20 minutes. Forty minutes after ordering, two of the three slices are ready and a manager looking dude said he’d bring the remaining slice right out. At the one hour mark, still missing one slice, so back to the window again where the missing slice is just sitting there withering away. No real apology or explanation why in a well staffed, basically empty bar, one piece could take an hour. Worth the wait? It’s somewhere between mall food court and convenience store pizza. It’s good drunk food but certainly not anything to attract a crowd especially with Tortugas next door. The other bone I had was scanning the front and back of every ID at the door. Confirming age is being a responsible vendor. Collecting the name and address of your customers is huge red flag and should give anyone pause. My 85 year old mother in law had to show id and get stamped to order lunch. When she asked the doorman why, he told her “so we can count how many are in here.” Scanning IDs and stamping senior citizens helps you count? Okay… The bartenders were great and the overall vibe is fantastic for anyone who grew up with arcade classics. Plan to eat elsewhere because their food game needs serious work.

2 weeks agoMy friends and i stopped in on Tuesday! Such a cool place. We stayed for hours playing games and completely lost track of time. The staff is absolutely amazing. Kyle is who we dealt with most of the time and he was so funny; endless banter. Make sure you’re taking care of these folks y’all.
