6 months agoThis place is a vibe. It’s a lot of fun to play old arcade games ranging from pinball all the way up to Mario kart. It’s always busy when you go. The bouncers usually pretty nice. The service is mid. The bartenders are not super friendly or nice, but the drinks are very sweet and reasonably priced. The pizza is a highlight, forsure, after you have been drinking, it’s nice to be able to just grab a slice. They say they also offer full pizzas, but when we went, it was too busy so they were only serving slices. They exchange you tokens for money to play the games. We ended up walking out with a lot of extra tokens. it has a nice outside patio that has fire top tables and TVs outside as well as a bar and outdoor seating available. There’s a basement that has another bar and a bunch of games as well. The branding is on point, they even have merch available which is very cute. Overall would recommend, you don’t even have to come drink here, it’s fun enough with games alone!

4 months agoReally solid well rounded place with an easy going atmosphere. I dont even like this kind of thing normally, I was just there for family who do. I still had such a fun time and was able to relax all my stress away. You cant not have some kind of fun in a place like this.

2 months agoFavorite bar for when I actually want to have fun doing something other than just drinking and socializing. The walls of the women’s bathroom is kind of a gift upon society. I’ve always figured this would be a decent place for if you’re also spending time with a sober DD, as the games are cheap af and there’s a lot of variety. Honestly, more fun on a quieter night but the busy events are a blast as well.

a month agoLOVE having Up Down in CWE - I am not a huge gamer if at all and primarily grew up playing outside w/ that said: I love going to range and have *officially* became a House of the Dead mega fan. Played for first time a few months back, the rest is history lol .. Used to just pop in for quick slice of pizza & skee ball once in a blue moon over years, but now stop in more often when able. Laid back 'come as you are' meet up spot, casual drinks or just blow steam solo/wipe out some zombies while casually preppin for shtf and unwinding after a busy day. Dog friendly, great patio and definitely interesting people watching esp for the area :) Super chill & friendly staff; front door guys, security, bartenders, assist staff etc absolutely everyone is down to earth and sweet. Go to favs = Jessica Rabbit cocktail + Mona Lisa or Jalapeño Popper Pizza. House of the Dead + Time Crisis + giant Connect 4

2 weeks agoWent on what I believe to be a pretty busy Friday night bar tenders were cranking out excellent cocktails fast! The Arcade games were so fun and they have cultivated an excellent vibe! Huge bonus points for the pizza by the slice window too! Will be going again!
