2 weeks agoFrom the moment we walked in, a lovely young lady helped us and made sure the kids' excitement felt totally welcome. She was great at handling their energy! The climbing area really stood out to us, mostly because of the super friendly staff. They cheered the kids on, which made the whole experience so much fun for everyone! It was a truly memorable outing

a month agoI had the absolute pleasure of being assisted by Georgette, and I can't say enough about her outstanding customer service. From the moment I and both my kids stepped in, she went above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of. Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine care made all the difference. It’s rare to come across someone who truly loves what they do, and Georgette exemplifies excellence. She didn’t just meet expectations—she exceeded them, making my experience truly unforgettable.

2 months agoMy 7 year old and myself had a great 2 hours. Trampolines, a two story jungle play structure, fun slides, a designated toddler area, and a pretty extensive wall climbing area. It was well worth the money. I went on a weekday, so even though the employees were bored to tears, they were all very friendly.

9 months agoWe have a Get Out pass and a Pogo pass that lets us in a few times a year. The employees here care about the absolute minimum required (eyes have closed, on their phones, etc.) but if I was 16 making minimum wage perhaps I would have the same approach. There's an area reserved for toddlers. That's constantly being overrun by the older kids. They have these cool looking ball launcher machines, but they're turned off for probably "safety" reasons. To be fair, my kids loved it all which is all that really matters.

a month agoNoah at Uptown Jungle was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we walked in, he was energetic, engaging, and genuinely cared about making sure everyone was having a blast. Here's what stood out: * Enthusiasm: Noah's positive energy was infectious. He was actively participating in the fun, encouraging kids to try new things, and creating a lively atmosphere. * Helpfulness: He was incredibly attentive, helping kids navigate the different attractions, and ensuring their safety. He was also quick to assist parents with any questions or needs. * Interaction: Noah wasn't just supervising; he was interacting with the kids, playing with them, and making them feel special. My child was thrilled when Noah joined in a game of tag! * Professionalism: Even with all the fun, Noah maintained a professional demeanor. He was respectful, organized, and clearly dedicated to providing a great experience. Thanks to Noah, our visit to Uptown Jungle was truly memorable. He went above and beyond, and we'll definitely be back. If you see Noah there, be sure to say hi – you're guaranteed a great time!
