4 months agoWe used to love it here, but we 100% showed up at 9am 12/23/24 to find holiday hours taped to the door. They didn't open until 10 so I had to find a way to kill an hr on the far side of town. When we did finally get in, trampolines and rock climbing were all closed. Staff insisted they would open *after a field trip arrived*, but the whole point of going early is to play and leave before it gets crowded. When they finally opened the trampolines the kids swarmed them. This is the first time ever we've hated being here. They are NOT prepared for this holiday week, think twice before going because this made my whole day an hr later and nobody has time for that this week.

a month agoGreat place! I was a bit skeptical after reading the reviews but when I went to their website I realized people are complaining about rules that are clearly stated on there and once I actually visited the establishment, the signs all say the same. Grip socks & waivers are required (even non participants). If you are not participating it's free for adults, if you want to participate you purchase a wristband. Pretty clear and fair. We visited today Friday and purchased 120 minute wristbands and skeleton grip socks for my child and I, it was very busy but surprisingly very clean. The Managers Mya & Cindy were giving it their all even with a line out the door smiling and friendly, kudos to them! I definitely recommend this place one of the most clean and organized I've been to and the trashes were not overflowing! No outside food or drink allowed but there's a decent snack store. We will definitely be back!

7 months agoSuper fun place for kids! We brought our two grandkids today (Age 13 & 8). They have trampolines, climbing walls, and climbing structures. There is a smaller area for toddlers. There is free Wifi 😊. ** Please note that kids must wear grip socks. We were able to purchase them a pair there. There is a concession stand that sells snacks. There is a lot of employee supervision ( older teens for the most part). All the kids seemed to have a lot of fun!
