Uptown Jungle | N. Phoenix

Not impressed. Cords everywhere, broken stuff, smells like pee (more than the average pay place). It smells like no kne cleans anything. Time for an update.

I took the kids and celebrated my 3 year old birthday festivities here to keep the kids active lol. Kevin and the staff was superb!! They got us in around 4 ish and met expectations with them being closed at 7PM. I wished it stay opened a bit later but the kids definitely had a blast this will be our go to spot. Highly recommend for kid friendly places infants to 8-10 years old.

I’ve been to other Uptown Jungle locations, and my son has always had a great time. However, this was our first visit to this location, and I signed up for a membership without touring the facility first. Within the first five minutes, I regretted my decision. This location is much smaller than the others, poorly lit, and not very clean. I can’t recommend it and hopefully I’m able to cancel my membership.

This place is great for kids 13 and under. Took mine 9-year-old and 3-year-old and they had a blast. It's one of the smaller size uptown jungles that we have been to. This one does not have trampolines. It does have huge jungle gyms that kept the kids entertained for 2 hours. There is definitely a lot for them to do within the jungle Jim's that they have. Like I said awesome place for kids under 13 because it's so filled with so many different activities within their jungle gyms. Do not come if you're expecting trampolines they do not have those here. Also if you have kids older than 13 I don't think they will enjoy this it's definitely geared more towards the little guys. The place was very clean and the staff was very friendly. They do sell snacks and drinks.

It was good, place was clean. I'm glad we came early, because when the bigger kids started to come, they were stepping on my 3 year old granddaughters hands. Rainy day, off from school, kids were all full of energy. They had a great time and tired themselves out. We just left earlier than we normally would have. Staff was super friendly.
