"I have been waiting to leave a review while I waited for other opinions to see what the case was with the staff. My wife and I took my daughter and my son for a good time out to celebrate my sons birthday. My wife and I have been here before, we supervised our kids to make sure they were on their best behavior. (We also purchased socks to walk around and supervise them) Previous times were perfect, but not this one. We decided to go back in early March. We walked into the play area with our socks. I got stopped and was told that we had to purchase a wristband to take care of our children even"

"I have a physical disability. I brought my kids here for my son’s birthday. I can’t sit on hard chairs or benches. I found a massage chair to sit in where my kids were playing. I was told I needed a wrist band to sit there but I could sit on a bench that was next to me which I can not do. I left and I will NEVER be back!!!!!! The worker had absolutely NO consideration for my situation!!!! Sad"
