"Minus 1 star for the food. All the staff I encountered were friendly even with a million kids running around lol. We had fun. My kids were in there for hours! They did everything and we had a food break. I took a star off because of the food. I had wings combo lemon pepper wings fries and a drink. We had maybe 10 fries that were small and burned and the chicken was not cooked all the way through. I could feel the texture. I had to use a flashlight and saw it wasn't cooked because it's dark in there. The outside was very fatty also. We also had chicken fingers and fries combo, again not many"

"The whole experience was amazing. The day I signed up for a membership is the day I booked my son’s party. They gave me all the details which made for an easy decision. As the part approached I received a call to confirm booking and place orders for food. A week before I received an email incase anything needed to be added or changed. No change needed. Party day we arrived early to be greeted by our host. Sole (not sure how it’s spelled) who was amazing. Super friendly. She made the whole thing effortless.
