So the prices were high for the activities you get. We got the middle package. For 2 kids, it was $70+ There were many times the overhead obstacle course was closed, and the one where you slid on a rail i only saw maybe 10 people on it in the entire time we visited. It was closed for some unknown reason. The wait to get 2 bottles of water is 15 min, and there were maybe 10 people in line One at register and one cooking, it should not have been that slow. So the cleanliness is pretty shameful I took pictures in the men's room when no one was in there and it was gross, I revisited a few hours later and the same mess was there plus it had grown. There was an open electrical junction with bare wires in theens room at a height like a light switch without a cover. A kid could definitely reach in and get hurt. It looks like a ground wire, so it's probably not dangerous, but I didn't bend down and look closer The cops showed up for a disturbance....no surprise with all the issues lately in the galleria but after he broke it up he walked over and watched the football on the TVs by the laser tag for probably 1/2 hrs. The one staff member was overheard, with some very unfit for kids, while she was talking about her date the night before. The ball pit was closed, and there were a few staff members who were there talking, but the wouldntnlet the kids in because they were all standing around on the phone or talking. The only reason I have given it 3 stars is because it's fun for the kids, but the staff was bad, it wasn't clean it's understaffed and the staff was mostly kids.

We had so much fun here! We went last minute a couple years ago and my daughter wanted to go for her birthday but I was only disappointed my favorite thing there was now gone unfortunately and was looking forward to it. The jump duck dodge 😢 but either way we had a ton of fun there!

If it wasn't for the "experience" my wife and I PAID for our daughters birthday(s), it would be a one star. Today (4/12/25) we brought our daughters and my nephew. My daughters wore their "Urban Air" socks and unfortunately, my sister gave my nephew his "Get Air" socks (same damn socks approved by the same "trampoline park authority"). Long story short, the manager's approach was abrasive to say the least. She started off with, "Who is the parent, you?" She couldn't explain the difference between their socks and other reusable jump park socks. She also couldn't explain why she wasn't enforcing "policy" regarding outside food and socks for individuals who practice Islam. Seemed to be a pick and choose kind of thing. Ended up with a free pair of "Urban Air" socks from HER because she couldn't defend her stance. Also, her attention should have been more focused on hygiene. The mens bathroom was absolutely disgusting, with a hand sanitizer bottle filled with watered down hand soap that didn't pump. We won't be going back, and i recommend others to avoid this place. There are other jump parks (E.G. Niagara Kraze) that will get you more bang for your buck.

We had the worst experience here over the weekend and will never be returning. We paid over $100 for our kids to play, including my one-year-old daughter which cost $14.99. Shortly after we arrived, I was sitting on the trampoline supervising my one-year-old, when a staff member approached me stating that I could not be on the trampoline without a wrist band. I explained to her that I was not jumping, just supervising the baby. She was extremely rude with a horrible attitude, stating that it doesn't matter and we needed to get off the trampoline. I took my daughter up to the front to ask for my money back for her ticket, since obviously a baby cannot do any of the attractions without an adult to assist. When I came to the counter, the same staff member came up with another woman and I explained that I would like my money back for my daughter's ticket. She stated that they would not be giving me a refund and that I could pay for a parent pass. I explained that I did not wish to buy my own ticket since I'm not doing any of the attractions and asked to speak to a manager. She said she was the manager, but then the woman behind her said she was actually the manager and did give me my money back. I found it quite odd that she would lie about being a manager but we walked away and continued on our day. About 10 minutes later, the same rude employee approached myself, my husband and our daughter at the table we were sitting at and asked if those were our cupcakes on the table. I told her no and they were there when we got there. She continued to question me about the cupcakes and I told her four separate times they were not ours. I also told her at this point I felt that I was being targeted and followed around. Looking around, there was outside food on every single other table, but she specifically came up to me and would not leave us alone. The cupcakes ended up being a complete stranger's and I was never given an apology or any sort of explanation for how I was treated. This employee truly harassed myself and my family and ruined what was supposed to be a fun day. With all of the other kids places in our area, we will never be returning and I really hope they look into hiring better staff.

Bought a membership for both my children. The first day there it was not busy at all. My kids played laser tag with a worker(darshawna) You can tell she really loves kids and her job. She was awesome. My little one is afraid of the zip line but she still wanted to try and one worker was so patient with her and still told her she was so proud of her for trying. I’m a small business owner and so I know there’s always room for improvement somewhere. The kitchen.. area.. definitely needs a thorough clean. We went up for popcorn and pizza all three days and the same empty water bottle sits under the pop station with trash. Other than that though, absolutely happy with my decision in purchasing memberships. Kudos to the workers for being amazing!
