"Just want to say, the customer service I’ve experienced when reaching out to Sara Fabian, Ops Manager/Special Events Coordinator, has been nothing short of incredible. I’ve had to email this woman twice, once for a membership issue, another today when I was there with my two young kids, one of which is still potty training. I was waiting for the family restroom, which my 2.5 year old has the patience of an ant, so waiting wasn’t an option, only to go into the men’s room and find there’s no changing tables in the men’s room.
