"I had an amazing time with my son for his 11th birthday party and our host Gerald was fantastic and attentive to our needs. He made sure to keep checking on our party and keeping us updated with whatever he was doing to assist us. We had an amazing time and the staff was all around great. It was clean, our table was set and ready to go. I got everything I paid for and was informed on anything else. Over all a great experience for a birthday party and one again thank you GERALD for helping me make this experience possible for my child!"

They had to be carried up the stairs with the help of other visitors since there wasn't an elevator available ANYWHERE. It appears it was filled in and no longer available (also confirmed by workers). This is absolutely unacceptable and the business should not have been awarded a CO by the city. This isn't UA's issue unless they own the bu"
