  • Dedicated private party rooms and reserved tables available for events.
  • Excellent, courteous, friendly, and helpful staff members (e.g., specific mentions of 'Shae', 'Braylon', and an unnamed party host) who assist with games, check-in, and provide reassurance on activities like rock climbing.

Insider tips

  • If booking a birthday party, strongly consider opting for a private room to better manage children, especially if you don't have many adults to help supervise at the open-plan reserved tables.
  • Be prepared for a high-noise environment; consider ear protection for sensitive individuals.
  • Arrive well before opening or very early during peak times (weekends, holidays like Thanksgiving) to secure better parking and avoid the rocky overflow lot.
  • Manage expectations regarding bathroom cleanliness, as some may require attention.
  • Leverage the available staff for assistance, especially for activities like rock climbing where patience and reassurance can make a big difference for hesitant children.

Good to know before you go

  • If children are highly sensitive to loud noises or prone to sensory overload.
  • If you require pristine and well-maintained bathroom facilities.
  • Arriving late on weekends or holidays if convenient, paved parking is a priority.
  • Hosting a large birthday party at the open-floor reserved tables without ample adult supervision.
  • Environment can be very loud, leading to sensory overload for some children or adults.
