💡Pro Tips from Reviews
- →If booking a birthday party, strongly consider opting for a private room to better manage children, especially if you don't have many adults to help supervise at the open-plan reserved tables.
- →Be prepared for a high-noise environment; consider ear protection for sensitive individuals.
- →Arrive well before opening or very early during peak times (weekends, holidays like Thanksgiving) to secure better parking and avoid the rocky overflow lot.
- →Manage expectations regarding bathroom cleanliness, as some may require attention.
- →Leverage the available staff for assistance, especially for activities like rock climbing where patience and reassurance can make a big difference for hesitant children.
Things to Consider
- ⚠Environment can be very loud, leading to sensory overload for some children or adults.
- ⚠Reserved party tables are located in the middle of the facility and close together, potentially making it difficult to manage a party of kids without numerous adult supervisors.
- ⚠Bathrooms were reported as needing attention and not being in the best condition.
- ⚠Significant parking issues, with insufficient primary parking leading to a makeshift, rocky 'additional parking' lot that can be difficult or hazardous for children and elders to navigate.

General admission pricing is not specified, but the variety and quantity of activities suggest a reasonable value for high-energy entertainment. No specific hidden costs were mentioned, beyond potential challenges related to parking.

- •Parking issues were experienced by guests arriving before 11 AM on a Saturday, indicating that spaces fill up quickly during busy periods.
👥Crowd Levels
- •Weekends and holiday periods (like Thanksgiving) are likely to be busy, with parking issues evident before 11 AM on a Saturday.

2 months agoI was there for my Godsons Birthday. This place is Huge and full of every kind of activity for kids to enjoy. From zip lines & bridge crossing overhead above the people below, to several rock climbing walls, slides, trampolines and on n on! They have red private rooms to have birthday partys or you can reserve a table for the party instead. They can also prepare pizzas for the party with drinks. They have a large snack bar. There are many employees to help with many of the games along with issues needed to be taken care of. Our server was outstanding very Courteous, Friendly and Helpful. There's just so much to do that a kid can't possibly can't find something to like. I highly recommend it.

5 months agoWent here for a birthday party this weekend, can't really speak on pricing etc. Lots of things to do, great place for kids to burn up all their energy! As expected, it was very loud - sensory overload, just a warning but an excellent entertainment place! We had a private room, but I did see where the tables were for reserved parties that don't have a room. It might be a bit difficult to facilitate a party with kids if you don't have a private room. The tables are close together & everyone running around could be a bit distracting, possibly hard to manage if you don't have lots of adults to help you. I think it might have been better if they were not in the middle of the facility. The staff was really nice. The girl who was in charge of our party seemed great, I didn't get her name she had long, dark, waivy hair... I was attending Luke's party on Saturday (if that helps to narrow it down to give her much deserved recognition). Wonderful with the kids, helpful, efficient - a very good attitude to have in this kind of environment. Large icees that were provided, cold water, & the pizza was good. Bathrooms were so-so, they needed a bit of attention. They do need something done with parking. They opened up at 10am, we arrived there a bit before 11am... we had to park in the makeshift parking lot that was labeled "additional parking" but it was all on rocks. I worry about some of the kids & elders that have to walk on it. There simply isn't enough parking for the amount of guests they can service. We probably got the last spot & others in our party that arrived after had issues finding parking too. Something definitely needs to be done.

a month agoWent yesterday during spring break and was surprised to see it wasn’t extremely packed. I’m not complaining though! My kids had a great time on the new attractions! It can get a little chaotic with 4 kids but Braylon was extremely patient with us getting checked in. He is an exceptional young man with incredible customer service skills!
