"The children had fun, and the place was clean. Though, what really stood out to me was how extremely nice their employees are. I give a special shout out to the crew behind the food counter. This was on 2/13/25 around 4pm-6pm. These kids did a great job, and they were very attentive and happy to help. Great job, guys!!!"

"We had a bad experience. Every time my my son wanted to go rock climbing, the worker would tell him he had to go to the bathroom. We would wait a while, and the guy would never come back. We would see him taking to his friends or playing basketball. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because the lady at the register was beyond nice and helpful."

"Came this past weekend, it was a great difference! We love the new layout, it looks amazing. The GM Andre personally checked in on our party and made sure everything was great and we really appreciated that. Everyone was amazed and we’ll be visiting again soon !"
