Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park

The children had fun, and the place was clean. Though, what really stood out to me was how extremely nice their employees are. I give a special shout out to the crew behind the food counter. This was on 2/13/25 around 4pm-6pm. These kids did a great job, and they were very attentive and happy to help. Great job, guys!!!

We had a bad experience. Every time my my son wanted to go rock climbing, the worker would tell him he had to go to the bathroom. We would wait a while, and the guy would never come back. We would see him taking to his friends or playing basketball. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because the lady at the register was beyond nice and helpful.

Came this past weekend, it was a great difference! We love the new layout, it looks amazing. The GM Andre personally checked in on our party and made sure everything was great and we really appreciated that. Everyone was amazed and we’ll be visiting again soon !

Generally clean overall, every thing works. My 5 year old ran around for an hr, which is good for him.

We went yesterday for a bday party and my daughter is 7. No workers in site at the back jump thing so I had to tell people to take turns etc. You have GROWN kids running super fast all over the place hitting kids left and right. There was a height thing at the toddler area but no one standing there to make sure the grown kids were not going in there. They definitely need to fix the place up its very run down. I saw someone respond and say they have a new GM starting, I hope it saves this place
