Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park

This was our first time, and it was amazing! The kids absolutely loved it and never got bored. The staff were awesome, helping the kids with the rock wall specifically. We had a slushie spill, and they were really cool about getting it cleaned up. Everyone is so friendly, and every attraction was like something new. Great experience!

Disappointing Birthday Experience We celebrated my daughter’s 5th birthday at Urban Air, and unfortunately, the service was terrible. We arrived on time, and while everything seemed ready, the pizzas and ice cream we had ordered were not brought out as scheduled. There weren’t enough plates or napkins, and when the food finally arrived—right at the time we were supposed to cut the cake—we were rushed because the area was reserved for the next group. They didn’t take responsibility for their own delays, making the experience stressful rather than enjoyable. I would not recommend this place for a birthday celebration.

Kids have been asking to go for awhile now so we accommodated their wishes, and they were not let down! Will absolutely be taking them again!

We LOVE this place, it's the best urban air we have been to. The place is clean, and we always have a great time with the family. The whole team is great, a special shout out Christie and Julia, you're both amazing! We always feel safe here with the kids and always look forward to coming back! Mom and dad have just as much fun as the kids here! Great family spot!

A great place for safe family fun. Celebration rooms are excellent. Easy check in process. Pizza was delicious. Offers lots of fun activities. Bumper cars, laser tag, zip line etc.
