2 months agoNot recommended. Came on a Saturday and paid for the ultimate experience. The team members are all teenagers and it’s not run very well. It’s very chaotic, dirty, and none of the rules are enforced. I hate that I paid for the highest level experience and no one was checking wrist bands. There’s trash and dirt on the trampolines and floor. I didn’t find it worth the money.

7 months agoWent for the first time for my kids birthday. We were there right when the doors opened. The place has trash everywhere. It’s disgusting. They have too many staff for that place to look the way it does. Several attractions were shut down. All the previous reviews are completely accurate. The fact that some of them are 3-8 months old; trash and closed attractions are still an issue! Something is not being addressed! This is a place for children and families, it should be clean. As for as staff encounters. All teenagers, no personality, no nice greetings, they told my kids a ride was shut down but had two staff members working the attraction. I did speak up and they allowed everyone to ride.

11 months agoI'm not normally the type to leave Google reviews, but after our visit it's mandatory that I do. First off, the place is FILTHY. You can look and see that it has not been professionally cleaned in who knows how long. The bathroom stalls should be SHUT DOWN. You have dried up poop in one of the stalls, that looks like it has been there for months!! The mats were originally blue, but with all of the DIRT & FILt they have turned black. There's trash everywhere, you would think they never clean!! Then they have the nerve to have a flyer on the trash can that says "World's Cleanliest Indoor Theme Park". Thats just pure false advertisement. Nothing about the entire building is clean. I have attached photos for proof. I inquired about my kids playing in the little arcade area and some little boy who looks under age told me that they didn't even have the play cards to play none of the games with. 9/10 of the jumping attractions are closed, so paying for the higher packages would be a WASTE. Even the water fountains were out of order!!!!All of the employees has to be in the 9th or 10th grade. They act just like the little kids that be there. Absolutely unprofessional and LOST on how to actually work in an establishment like this. Oh and there's no structure over at the concessions where the foods are. Either they're out of certain foods/drinks or the lines are extremely long. You won't find manager in sight either. I have no clue how they're even open for business. It's ridiculously sad!!!

a month agoI didn’t particular like this Place, which was my first time going. I took my goddaughter and my boys. They were ready to go after 20 minutes. It’s a place I will not take my family to again. The pictures online make it seem like so much fun. Once we got there it was just disappointing to me. It’s more of a place for 5-9 years old. My God daughter was 12.

2 weeks agoThis place keeps getting worse and worse. Most attractions are closed. Packed and dirty! The crew members who are supervising are just standing doing nothing. Some kids are very aggressive when playing so it isn’t safe at all. My kid got hurt badly, we had to leave. Will never go back. I hate this place
