Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park

We used to love this place, and we still do. However, the downside is that these bracelets aren’t cheap. We buy the platinum passes specifically to enjoy the go-karts, but this is where I have to give it 3 stars. The go-karts are no longer functioning well. Given the number of customers they have, you’d expect them to invest in upgrades. These karts have served their time and are now outdated. They’re slow, frequently get stuck, and the super patient young staff often have to put in a lot of effort just to get them moving again. PLEASE URBAN AIR! GET THESE UPDATED and REPLACED!

Please save your time and don’t bring your kids here. We celebrated my daughter’s birthday here and we got a basic package ticket for her to come back. We get to the check in desk for the lady to tell us that the basic package is not a thing anymore, we needed to upgrade to a different package and needed to pay $15. (Which is not a problem but why would they give us the ticket if is not a thing anymore) We ordered wings at 7:00pm. 7:45pm and they told me they forgot to cook our food.. we ordered a combo and gave me no fries. Place wasn’t busy at all. Whole place is ran by teenagers that don’t care about customer service. This place is unprofessional and dirty. Manager is a joke! Will never be coming back and don’t recommend this place.

Waiting 25 min inside carts for ride about 5 min. The children were in a great mood…before that. When you arrive you will sit about 10 min more. Its terrible

This place is awesome! Kids have too much energy they won't after you leave here! Kids of all ages will have a blast. The staff is efficient. They ensure that the rooms are available if you have one reserved. They even serve the food to ensure there are no issues with timing. The food is very inexpensive and the kids enjoyed it. Heck, I even thought the pizza was quite good. Planning a party or just want a place to take the kids this winter don't skip place.

My daughter loved her birthday party here. The employee Zay was AMAZING, very interactive with the kids, always going above and beyond, even organized a dodgeball game for them while keeping them safe.
