"We used to love this place, and we still do. However, the downside is that these bracelets aren’t cheap. We buy the platinum passes specifically to enjoy the go-karts, but this is where I have to give it 3 stars. The go-karts are no longer functioning well. Given the number of customers they have, you’d expect them to invest in upgrades. These karts have served their time and are now outdated. They’re slow, frequently get stuck, and the super patient young staff often have to put in a lot of effort just to get them moving again. PLEASE URBAN AIR! GET THESE UPDATED and REPLACED!"

"Please save your time and don’t bring your kids here. We celebrated my daughter’s birthday here and we got a basic package ticket for her to come back. We get to the check in desk for the lady to tell us that the basic package is not a thing anymore, we needed to upgrade to a different package and needed to pay $15. (Which is not a problem but why would they give us the ticket if is not a thing anymore) We ordered wings at 7:00pm. 7:45pm and they told me they forgot to cook our food.. we ordered a combo and gave me no fries. Place wasn’t busy at all. Whole place is ran by teenagers that don’t"

"Waiting 25 min inside carts for ride about 5 min. The children were in a great mood…before that. When you arrive you will sit about 10 min more. Its terrible"
