"Floors were filthy, bathroom unkept, 3 zones closed, kitchen out of nearly everything. Private party room was an extra $50 - which included all of 4 chairs for the adults, 4 balloons, a missing party host, and 2 small pizzas which were 20 minutes late - private room is only 2 hours. Pictures of the zones and there were no safety monitors seen."

"This place was absolutely disgusting! I would be shutting down this location for a massive cleaning and turn over 90% of these employees. My sister spoke with the new manager and he was very kind. Honestly, thats the only reason why i am giving this 2 stars. Help him out and close for a week to sanitize this whole place."
