Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park

This review is from a kids perspective which definitely has to be 5 stars. Trampolines (with basketball or dodgeball), VR, bumper cars, ropes course and so much more. The pizza is very cheesy and could use more sauce and less cheese. Overall though this is a kids paradise and parents nightmare. Perfect combination!

A great place to bring the kids for a playdate in Sunset park Brooklyn. There's a lot of different activities besides the trampolines such as VR gaming and bumper cars but the various trampoline areas are the location's staple. I would recommend getting the platinum pass so you aren't limited in the activities you can participate in.

We come here often, my son and I and he’s really gotten attached to the motorcycle arcade game here. So when I tried to purchase an E-Card and the machine ate my money without giving the card, he was so disappointed. I spoke to the manager and she continuously worked on the problem, and found me in this huge place to update me of the progress of getting me my card. Not only was she able to procure me a card but she gave extra points for the time I spent waiting for it. My son was ecstatic. A big thank you to the manager for being proactive on such a busy Sunday with numerous birthday parties occurring simultaneously. Excellent customer service!

Can I understand why your staff can give unlimited cups of water to children? Not every child can reach the water fountain... not every child can drink from a water fountain. This is whack. It's not that serious. People spend enough money here.

Great time for the kids to jump, climb, and throw themselves from everything in this place. I wanted to find a rock climbing place and came across this wonderful combination of rock climbing and trampoline park. My son loved it and was drenched from non-stop jumping, bouncing, and falling.
