3 months agoHad a birthday party there for my 6 yr old. Definitely is expensive ($600+) for 10 kids and a private room with a host. My host was very sweet and attentive. If you can afford it, I recommend it Only downside is, they do not offer payment plans like some places.

3 months agoLoved this place. my 5 year old daughter always asked for fun fun fun places. so I'm always looking for lots of fun that's inexpensive. so the 5 year old and under plus the parent price is a 😘😘. for the amount of activities shes able to do compared to other trampoline and non trampoline places. and outside food is allowed.

6 months agoWe were at a friend's birthday party. A good place for kids!!! Lots of different attractions: obstacle courses, trampoline, wall bars, rock climbers, slides, ball pools. You can also order standard food: French fries, pizza, etc. (junk food:)) I hope they will fix this someday and make it normal food for kids!!! The staff is not bad, they helped with registration and were kind. I'll save one star until they come up with a menu for kids without junk food! And also! A lot of dust accumulated over time, needs to be cleaned well for kids! Unfortunately, this is a common problem in such places.

a month agoSo I purchased membership for Willow Grove and we went on Sunday first and it was okay for my 7 year old and autistic 17 year old and then we went back on Tuesday and were denied access to anything fun they claimed my son was too short because he had gotten a haircut and told my autistic son he was too heavy to go on a harness made both of the kids cry and I will never go back to this location I tried to speak w a manager and was told by the attendant no manager was available at this location she rolled her eyes and was extremely rude to my husband also... WILL NOT BE GOING BACK EVER AGAIN

a month agoUrban Air Willow Grove is hands down the best place for family fun! My kids had an absolute blast with all the attractions—it’s the perfect spot to let them run, jump, and play for hours. The facility was clean, the staff was friendly, and the energy was amazing! But what truly sets them apart is their commitment to the community. Not only do they provide an incredible experience for families, but they also generously support local organizations like Fostering Hope Philly NE, showing how much they care about giving back. It’s rare to find a business that’s both fun and community-driven, and Urban Air Willow Grove does it effortlessly.
