Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park

We visited on a Saturday morning for a friend's birthday party. My son had a blast. There is a lot to do! Trampolines, a climbing center, slides, a rock wall, a zip line and more! The facility was very clean. The party room was spacious. The staff and the "party host" were great. They were friendly, vibrant and organized. They kept things running smoothly and assisted with food, drinks, cake and clean up. Everything was very efficient. I just have two suggestions. The climbing/ tubes area could be a little more well lit, for two reasons - so the kids can see better and as parents, we can keep an eye on our children better. And lastly, the parking lot is oddly shaped. 🤷‍♀️ I know not much of anything can be done about that but that's my only so called complaint. I would definitely visit here again. I would also consider having my child's party here in the future.

Urban Air was recently the host of my son's birthday party. The party service and coordinator (Christi) were second to none. She really did an amazing job managing the party and interacting with the kids. The party food was only okay but what can you expect cooking in mass like that. I'd definitely recommend Urban Air for your child's birthday party and if you can request a host Christi is the one!

10 out of 10 recommend!!! With the help of the manager, Bailey, and the party host Leah, my seven-year-old’s birthday was 10 out of 10 recommended as per my son’s words. My son is autistic and I wanted to make sure the day went smooth, they were able to accommodate all of our special requests, make sure that everything was taken care of in a timely manner, even made an extra step to go out-of-the-way to please, my son, the food was great, Everything was perfect.

Had my daughters birthday party here. The staff was really great, the place was less crowded than I thought it would be, and the pizza was way better than I expected. Very happy with our experience and our party host Linda was really great!

Great experience. It's not close to the city, but worth the drive. Well-staffed with friendly, energetic help. The safety is taken seriously, but kids also have freedom to play. Clean bathrooms. Also, the pizza is decent, and the kids liked it. We've been twice and definitely would go back!
