4 months agoGreat place for kids to play. We took 10 grandchildren ages 11-2 years of age. A lot of fun things to do. I watched as they mastered many new skills! We are certainly blessed with happy healthy children. That being said, there were 2 big boys/ older teens playing dodge ball. They were playing way too rough. I do appreciate the worker keeping an eye on them. They should have been removed from the facility . I ordered popcorn and got the bottom kernels. The young lady at the counter would only pop one or two bags at a time. The 4 young women working the cafe didn’t seem too interested in good customer Service. I ordered 3 pizzas for the kids and they were delicious! I will definitely be back soon. It’s a great place for the kids ! Thank you .

a year agoWe were here for a birthday party. The place was big inside with lots of different jumping and ninja warrior like courses. They had a nice separate room for the kids to celebrate the birthday party with pizza and cake. There were some cool skyline rides too on the upper level revoking track around the entire building. My biggest recommendation is to sign the electronic waiver BEFORE going so this saves you time.

a year agoMy experience was amazing! I had an awesome time my kids loved it so much. The staff was kind as well, especially Dan. My kids loved making jokes with him as he strapped them up to ride along the course and just kept going back to talk to him.

2 months agoThey let you pay for everything but if your child isn't big enough, it's basically too bad for you. They need to check the child's height before taking your money. Thats the most logical way in the world to provide quality service. Secondly, trying to give them another chance and I've been trying to call and they let the phone ring off the hook and then hang it up afterwards. Stop letting kids run the establishment.
