"Coming from a mother I THINK they over occupancy for fire safety. Was way to many people on Saturday at 4pm couldn't even walk through. Other then that the kids love it. They have food. "Really enjoyed it being my first time at this location. My son always makes the best of his day. I think the staff could be more aware of or attentive to the children running and jumping all over the place to where someone can get hurt. Other than that it was good"

"Attended a birthday party, worst experience ever!!!!!!!!!!!! If I could give zero stars I would. Party reservation was from 6-8. At about 7:20-7:30 The birthday boy and a few other kids were turned away from the zip line ride because “the color bracelet was expired”. After talking to the cashier it was corrected, party host scrambled to check all the kids bracelet to cover her mistake. They closed the ride, I asked well when does it reopen, they said 10-15 min (they close at 8) At 7:30 they announced Cake, but then the party host send all the kids to go get on the zip line.
