4 months agoMy son (7yo) loves this place! We've been for several birthday parties, but he was excited to get an annual pass for Christmas. We've already been 4 times within a week! It's fun for all ages! Get out from behind the screens and go have some family fun! They keep it pretty clean (yes, spills happen, but they're cleaned up pretty quickly) and all the staff are friendly and great at ensuring safety.

a week agoHonest review today was my little brother birthday aswell 1st time here brung all my siblings. 1st i called 3 times before arriving to see if we can bring a birthday cake no one answered. The pizza was great all the other food was mid. The ball pit balls were dirty & the slides were sticky they need to be at least deep clean prior before opening. A few of the workers were telling my siblings different times for the zip line and acting like they didn’t want to go up to out there harness on. Other workers were nice wish i knew their names. A attractions for 350 below but the seat belts aren’t long enough people do have guts. But other than that For $242. It was a okay experience for 1st timers. All 6 of us collectively agree we won’t be tho

3 months agoOof this place just gets worse it's ran by a bunch of teenagers so it's not their fault but management is non-existent. It takes nearly an hour to get in the door on a busy day or holiday so they are likely losing potential income especially with memberships lapsing. Then the food line is horrendous (picture attached). There is normally 2-3 people standing in the kitchen talking while 1-2 newer employees navigate and request 1 order at a time. We come 2-3 times a month and I can't say I've seen the same people working any visit since last summer . Back to the cafe... It's hard to watch with such a a simple menu. I come here because my kids love it but I'm looking forward to them getting tired of it by springs... if you can - avoid avoid avoid. Btw tickets in advance and membership does not save time at entry!

a month agoTook my youngest grandkids. They had a ball. Nice reasonable prices to enter and food cost.

a month agoThis place is a joke. It's way overpriced for what it is. The employee on the sky rider was completely incompetent. The place was busy, but not crazy busy. My kids waited in line for over an hour on the sky rider before giving up. The employee was rude to them and took forever. In 45 minutes I saw 3 people go on the sky rider. Absolutely ridiculous. I talked to the front desk and told them they need someone else up there on the sky rider, but they didn't care about long waits due to their employee and unhappy customers. They have 4 VR headsets.. only 2 were working. They have 8 bumper cars.. only 2 were working. 1 employee was trying to take care of multiple activities which caused even more delays. I've never been so angry at any kids activity place I've ever taken my kids to. I'm a very patient person, but this place was a waste of money and time. My kids spent more time waiting in line and especially waiting on the employees than playing.
