"My son (7yo) loves this place! We've been for several birthday parties, but he was excited to get an annual pass for Christmas. We've already been 4 times within a week! It's fun for all ages! Get out from behind the screens and go have some family fun! They keep it pretty clean (yes, spills happen, but they're cleaned up pretty quickly) and all the staff are friendly and great at ensuring safety."

It takes nearly an hour to get in the door on a busy day or holiday so they are likely losing potential income especially with memberships lapsing. Then the food line is horrendous (picture attached). There is normally 2-3 people standing in the kitchen talking while 1-2 newer employees navigate and request 1 order at a time. We come 2-3 times a month and I can't say I've seen the same people working any visit since last summer . Back to the cafe... It's hard to watch with s"
