"I've been living in Charlotte for 18 years and never visited National Whitewater Park. It's sunny outside today and I have been exercising to lose weight, hopefully drop some pounds by the summer. It cost $12 to park and this is the best trail I ever walked. The scenery is beautiful. There are plenty of seating areas. I sat next to the water and the splash of water hitting me felt so refreshing. This park is clean like super duper clean. No trash. No dirty smell. I will be returning."

Can be busy during the weekend, but it’s so large that you will always find a quiet spot! Mountain bikes are available onsite. Concerts are every Thursday night from May to September. ."
