Variety KC Playground

This is a great park! Accessible all the way through and they even have a few pieces of wheelchair accessible playground equipment. Lots of parking and sidewalk access between Springs water park and the Variety KC Playground. I would absolutely suggest this park for parents with kiddos who are 12 and under! My two both enjoyed the equipment, they loved the added audio based features on the pirate ship, and played without complaint for almost two hours! Absolutely a wonderfully maintained and enjoyable park.

Really cool park. Bathrooms and water fountain available. Equipped for kids of different abilities and sizes. Colorful and unique designs and features! We had a great time. Be cautious turning in though, was a steeper climb than anticipated and should've approached more slowly... like a speed bump.

Very nice park, nicest I’ve seen in a while, it even looks clean. Don’t really know too many parks that looks clean lol. Great job.

This is a very family friendly park! Main playground area is a pirate ship theme, and my youngest really loved running around and trying everything out. They have special needs swings for older kids, and other cool play equipment that kids with special needs could use as well. My only complaint is that the bathrooms were locked, although I know many parks close their bathrooms off for the winter. It did make it a little inconvenient since we were visiting from out of town, but overall we still had lots of fun.
