6 months agoA very beautiful park that has things for all children ages 2 to 12. Seems like most of the children love the zip line. There will be a wait for your child to use it but I guarantee they will love it. Can hold a lot of weight, I’m a grown big kid, 6 foot, 275 pounds and it was able to hold my weight easily as well as my children. The park sits next to a massive field that has a multitude of soccer goal posts. This place is a sight to behold, especially during the annual hot air balloon festival where it serves as a landing spot for the hot air balloons. I believe during that time of year, they put Porta potties out but I haven’t seen a bathroom (it could be on the other side, remember the space is massive). Not only are some of the views breathtaking (like the mountains in the background) but so is the sun set and the moon. I think I came during a super moon. The only downsides to the park are, no bathroom, no lights (when it gets dark, it gets dark, and the playground is filled with wood chips. When it’s windy, dust will fly. Other than that, it’s a fun, safe place to be. You’ll definitely enjoy.

a week agoThe playground was awesome. There was a zip line and a lot of cool climbing spots. Rest of Park is just green space good for playing soccer, maybe flying a kite. Important to know there are no bathrooms. There may be port-a-potties sometimes but not on my visit. Beautiful view of the Mountains. Flat all the way around. Dog park was available and 2 pavilions.

4 months agoThere is a large, open field with a pathway around for walking/jogging. I believe they hold hot-air balloon events here. The balloons I photographed were in the distance.

2 months agoThe park appeared to be well kept up. The parking lot and playground were clean. The features in the playground were also fun for the kids as other parks do not have features like the mary go round and zip line type ride. The picnic tables are shaded with plenty of places to sit.

2 months agoVista del Norte Park is a great spot for families! The area was very clean, and my daughter had a blast playing here. There are activities for all ages, from the playground to open spaces for running around. Plenty of seating and shaded areas make it a comfortable place to relax. We’ll definitely be back—such a well-maintained and welcoming park!
