What parents say
"This is a walking trail - very easy, no elevation changes. Be smart, lock your car doors as you are downtown. Offers beautiful views of the Birmingham skyline, and some shade once you get halfway along. There’s an entrance to the old mine back there but it’s blocked off now. Great for cyclists too!"

"I liked it my boyfriend didn’t. He thought the park was too bland. I enjoyed the view and the rocks on the trail. Lots of trees and leaves. Can’t go wrong with seeing the Vulcan statue too."

"Great spot for a run. Much of the path is paved and gives you a great view of the city."
