"This class is amazing for the kids, for physical performance, self confidence and self awareness. Solange is so amazing as a coach. Since she is also a mentor for kids and teaching them social emotional learning and mindfulness (which is another profession of her at the same time), she knows how to talk to each kid. She is approaching them according to their personality, she is observing children and challenging them in a way that they feel accomplishe at the end. She is also very much straight forward when she communicates with parents. Which I like and appreciate. Very safe, but challenging"
