Water Lantern Festival

"This company is very unprofessional. Sent multiple messages about a rain out. Never responded. They won't Refund your ticket unless get you got insurance in this ticket on their own cancelled events! Looks like another rain out but can't attend the latest reschedule. They won't even respond to udibg the ticket in the future, which I heard from someone else. Legally, i don't believe they are allowed to hold onto your money if cancelled. I'm next going to my credit credit card company. A MONTH of at least 5 to 6 emails to their support email (no phone number btw), I'm done!"

"This was my wife's idea to go and I am glad she dragged me out to it. It was a relaxing and reflective experience and the lit lanterns against the Boise skyline was worth the trip on it's own."

"Took my money kept rescheduling The change date purposely so you find yourself trying to accommodate new date but the catch is that they will keep rescheduling until you can not make it because even if you say yes to the date but when that date comes closer they will switch it to another day and so on until you one day can not go to the day they provide. Thats why it always says TBD. Thats how the colect as much money as they can before the actually have an event. But by they they have collected enogh. Don't collaborate with their scams. I never got my momey back."
