"This was my first visit, and I will never return. The only positive aspect of this place was the staff—they were friendly and nice. However, the layout needs improvement, especially the placement of the swings. They should not be positioned in the middle of the space. "I truly am not sure how there are so many reviews saying things about the cleanliness of this place. Every time I have been here it has been exceptionally clean, especially compared to other children’s play places in the area. I feel like people tend to forget that this is a place that constantly has children in and out playing. It obviously is not going to be a sterile and clean as a hospital. I think this place is truly a gem that I am thankful to have found for my kids. I think the staff is absolutely wonderful and is always very kind. I truly have no complaints."

"Brought the kids here for some much needed time out of the house after the snow day last weekend. We'll be back. -Booking online was easy -Pricing was good -Staff is friendly. -Lots of variety in activities. -Suitable mostly for younger kids. I could see kids around 8-9 getting bored, but your mileage may vary and this isn't a criticism, merely my observation. -We went when they opened; we were the only family for about half an hour.
