"The place is nice but the person who is responsible for room rental very unhelpful. He responded just to emails once in a while and not give good info . Also, I don’t understand why they charge extra 300$ additional to room rental just for the staff presence . They are not providing any services . I am already paying the room rental why I would pay additional fee ! Also , He wants me do set up at time of event which completely not ideal."
