3 years agoThe reason I am giving it 3 star's is because the concession stand is ridiculously slow. I got tired of standing on the hot concrete and waiting my turn for a bottle of water that I finally went to the ladies room & got a drink from the sink. They seriously need help in the concessions stand. The pool was really nice. I liked it all the lazy river, the slides, & the 4-5 feet area with my granddaughter. She loves 💘 to 🏊♀️ swim.

6 years agoPools closed, I expected that for September. But that is not my issue. The playground is junk and I mean they can’t even take time to fix it. They just block areas off without any notice of issue. Sure kids will still play but now I’m nervous about what else may be broken and not seen.

6 years agoI had a fantastic time here with my family! There are lits of activities for all ages and the facilities were clean and modern. We especially enjoyed the not-so-lazy river (it has rapids!), the tots wave pool, and the water slides. The concession stand fare was mediocre, so its not a bad idea to arrive after lunch or midday snack. We will return!

10 months agoWe are relatively new to the Hazelwood area. We visited this pool over the weekend and overall, it was a nice visit. Entry was hassle free and the amenities were nice. My daughter had a wonderful time and wanted to come back. I did notice that there is paint chipping and peeling in a number of areas in and around the pool. The biggest issue we had was the concession stand. The wait was extremely long, and by the time we got our food everything was cold. It appears to be teenagers running concessions, (I get that, probably first jobs for many of them...) but if you are going to implement a policy that dictates no outside food or drink, the food and drink offered at the facility needs to be significantly better. You can't tell people not to bring snacks for their family on a pool day, and then provide horrible options and long wait times.

9 months agoMy niece had her birthday party here. No issues. All the party goers enjoyed themselves. Cons make sure all personal items are put out of sight in your vehicle. The day we were there three cars were broken into. One was my daughters friend. These criminals are smooth. You didn't hear any glass braking. And there are a lot of blind spots in the parking lot. WATCH YOUR SURROUNDINGS WHILE THERE. Sad for Hazelwood area.
