🛡️Safety Policy

• • Socks are required to play on the playground for both kids and supervising adults.
• • Children must be under 48 inches tall to play on the indoor playground. This rule is strictly enforced for safety, as structures have specific height and weight limitations. Children over 48" are allowed in the facility free of charge but must remain off the playground at all times.
• • Parents, guardians, or childcare providers must accompany children at all times and are responsible for their safety and well-being. WiggleWorks Kids is a drop-in, not a drop-off, facility (except during pre-scheduled events).
• • All guests must have a completed waiver signed by a parent or guardian (18 years of age or older). One waiver per family, all minors may be included.
• • Strict 'Three Strike' behavior policy for aggressive behaviors (e.g., hitting, biting, scratching, kicking, choking, punching): 1st strike (staff redirects), 2nd strike (child takes a break), 3rd strike (Manager on Duty asks parent to leave for the day).
• • Illness Policy: Guests should not enter if experiencing active vomiting, active diarrhea, symptoms of an airway infection (cold/cough/runny nose with anything other than clear mucus), extreme tiredness/lack of appetite, fever with headache/body aches/earache/sore throat, undiagnosed rash, any of above symptoms with fever or chills, untreated skin conditions (impetigo, lice, scabies), if antibiotic treatment is needed (stay home for first 24 hours of medication), or untreated communicable disease.
• • Diapers and pull-ups must be covered by clothing at all times.
• • Admission is valid until the closing time of the day admission was purchased. A sticker or wristband is required for in-and-out privileges.

• • WiggleWorks Kids must abide by its legal facility occupancy capacity at all times.
• • Use of the center is at your own risk; a waiver of liability must be signed.
• • WiggleWorks is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of your property. Do not leave valuables or personal belongings unattended.
• • The facility is designed for CHILDREN’S PLAY ONLY. Adults are required to refrain from riding, jumping, etc., on attractions but are encouraged to assist their children.
• • WiggleWorks reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time, if the safety and security of the facility are in question.
• • Cleanliness standards include: Daily opening and closing cleaning/sanitizing of all spaces; Hourly (every 60-90 minutes) cleaning and sanitizing of playground and all exposed surfaces; Monthly deep cleaning checklists.
• • All toys and playground equipment comply with local, state, and international safety standards (ASTM F-24 guideline) and specific manufacturing quality standards. Equipment is permitted and licensed as an amusement by the state of WA L&I electrical division and inspected annually for safety.

📅Booking Policy

• • General admission is first come/first served walk-in; no reservation needed during normal operating hours.
• • Pre-scheduled play reservations are accepted only for: Day of play (via phone or electronic waitlist for Bellevue), Play or Meet-up Groups (via phone or email).
• • Birthday party reservations require a $100 non-refundable deposit due at the time of booking.
• • For parties, guests can fill out the waiver electronically prior to the party to expedite check-in.
• • For parties, if not the first party of the day, guests can arrive up to an hour before the scheduled time without being subject to the waitlist (if applicable).
• • Party room access for set up is available 15 minutes prior to the scheduled party time.
