"The concept of this place is great. A play place targeting toddlers and 3-4 year olds. I have been to many places with my son who just turned 3. Children’s museums, funtastic playtorium, trampoline parks, arena sports, pump it up Lynwood, etc…and they all do a great job entertaining 4-12 year olds, but for kids under four it can be dangerous or require close supervision. So the approach Wiggle Works takes is a needed niche, but the owner has one foot in their business one foot out. They collect the income but don’t reinvest it into upkeep of the place. These are franchises. And this franchise"

"Like others have said, the concept of this place is great. Lots of fun things for kids to climb. I love that it’s geared towards a younger toddler group. It’s nice and small and not too overwhelming. The location is great with food options and easy parking. The front desk worker was polite. That said, I went there today for the first time and it was SO DIRTY and so rundown. Everything had grime on it. Like years of accumulated dirt. My one year old kept picking up clumps of hair. There were also a lot of unsafe holes in the plastic covers. You could tell they have made some super cheap repairs"
